Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation for any other reason, the participant will receive a refund according to the following:
› Until the 31st of January 2026: 80% refund (cancellation fee = 20%)
› From the 1st of February to the 20th of March 2026: 50% refund
› After the 21st of March 2026: No refund
