Susan is an innovation strategist, consultant, and keynote speaker. She helps people & organizations solve tough solve problems more effectively. At Harvard University, she teaches regularly sold-out executive education and graduate programs in creative thinking and organizational success.
Some of the world’s largest corporations call on Susan to consult with them on innovation initiatives, strategy, and culture. National and global clients include Kellogg’s, Georgia Pacific, Tufts Health System, New York Presbyterian University Hospital, Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Clorox, Bank of America, Pfizer, PPG, The Kashi Company, Pepsico, & HGTV. In previous corporate roles, she drove innovation and new business development for Gatorade, Hasbro Toys, Fruit of the Loom, Kibbles ‘n Bits, & Quaker Oats.
