
Rogelio Salcedo
Rogelio joins Mercer México after a successful career as a Global Human Resources Executive. He developed his career in companies like PepsiCo (Mexico, USA, Venezuela and Chile), L’Oréal (France), Santander (Spain), CEMEX (México), Coca-Cola FEMSA (México), Mead Johnson Nutrition (LatAm) and he also was the Global CHRO for AJE Group (Peru), managing 15,000 employees in 24 countries. Before joining Mercer, Rogelio was Partner with the RBL Group , Alto Partners and Training Lab, HR Consultancy firms in México.
He has also helped develop the Human Resources profession, as President of ERIAC Capital Humano A.C., the leading HR association in Monterrey, and was the Founding Member and First President at the FEMARH (Mexican Federation of HR Associations).
Rogelio has a degree in Clinical Psychology (Universidad Iberoamericana), Diplomas in Financial Administration (ITESM), in Personnel Management (Universidad Iberoamericana), a MSc. Degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development (Manhattanville College), and an MBA (Adolfo Ibañez Business School and ESADE). He teaches Organizational Behavior at the MBA in UDLAP JGS, and is a Certified Executive Coach. He has a Certification in Creative Thinking Process and Innovation Management (Buffalo State University)
Rogelio has dual Mexican/Spanish nationalities and lives in Mexico City with his family.
