
Patrizia Sorgiovanni
Patrizia’s career has been a mix of facilitator / trainer in the field of innovation, leadership development and interpersonal skills. She also has extensive experience in marketing communications.
Since 2006, she has run her innovation and training consultancy, Giraffe, delivering projects for clients on a global scale using a network of trusted associates. Patrizia and her associates use tools and techniques from the world of creative problem solving, design thinking, gamification and more, to help clients be innovative and agile in this ever-changing marketplace.
Patrizia has completed the Leadership Development path at the Creative Problem Solving Institute in New York. She also helped found the European Creativity Conference (CREA), where for many years she taught Introduction to Creative Thinking Skills.
She has presented at international conferences in Russia, Singapore, Canada and the UK; and has contributed to the book, Business Creativity: Practitioner’s Handbook, published by Greenwich University Press.
Of Italian descent, Patrizia speaks English and Italian fluently, as well as some French and Spanish. Her passion for cultural diversity has led her to live and work in Canada, Ecuador, Italy and the UK.
