Marina Randich

Argentinian of Italian origin, boldly moved to Europe at 20 on my own, to study and live by the sea. Being extremely curious about words, archetypes, and the learning process, I graduated in Translating Cultures, became an e-learning expert and obtained a Master in Conference Interpreting, which is, of course about empowering communication.

Simultaneously, I landed in CREA Conference in 2007 and fell in love with CPS, the Labyrinth and the Crea people. I found creativity across languages and the words I had been looking for.

As a facilitator and a trainer, I’ve been supporting individuals, international teams and managers find their own voice for almost 20 years. But we teach what we most need to learn. Restless and contemplative, drawing gradually became one of my favourite creative activities. I have also explored movement as a grammar of the body through dance, rowing, aikido, rollerblading, and finally yoga… I was and always will be a Tango dancer.
