Liz Monroe-Cook

Liz Monroe-Cook, Ph.D., is a consulting psychologist based in the Chicago area with an organization development focus. For more than 30 years she has worked with a variety of nonprofit, government and professional organizations as a facilitator, program consultant and presenter. She graduated from the first Mastery program in Polarity Thinking (2007), and presents often at U.S. and international conferences.

Blending Polarity Thinking with the principles of creative thinking and the elements of Creative Problem Solving, Liz is dedicated to people building innovative and sustainable solutions for different challenges or opportunities. She commits her time and efforts to people having satisfying and productive work processes, effective professional relationships, and successful outcomes.

Her philosophy about her work is to bring expertise while continuing to learn; to foster both the emotional and cognitive processes that help people and organizations to succeed; and to join with others to bring both depth and breadth to people’s results.

She is a recipient of the Creative Education Foundation’s Distinguished Leader award and is currently past Chair of the CEF Board of Trustees.
