
Kim Larkin
Kim Larkin is a creative consultant, facilitator, and strategist. Her business, MXD Arts, combines leading business strategies, creativity, and human-centered design to support nonprofits and social enterprises to further their missions. Kim loves facilitating smart, passionate leaders and teams to solve tough problems, generate innovative ideas, and transform cultures.
Kim’s background is a mix of creativity and business. She has experience as a visual arts curator and gallerist, owning and managing multiple businesses. She has also built nonprofits from the ground up, worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and managed numerous national and international creative projects. Kim earned her Masters Degree in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In her free time, you’ll find Kim in the mountains, adventuring, or volunteering in the community. She serves as a trustee for Arizona’s Desert Botanical Garden and is Vice President of the board for Arizona Food Bank Network.
