Christine Bout De L’An
Christine Bout de l’An is in charge of teacher creativity training at Promising, a unique program at the University of Grenoble Alpes (France), which aims to integrate creativity in higher education. She has also been an innovation consultant for 15 years and an amateur comedienne in improvisation theater for a long time (very useful for saying “yes … and”).
Its area of expertise concerns the whole of the creative approach (creative climate, CPS and Design Thinking, facilitation posture but also critical reflection on the training of trainers in creativity). It builds creative training programs with educational objectives, designs specific courses for teachers (and their students) and adapts creative techniques to the academic and corporate worlds. Its aim is to increase the creative confidence of the young generation (or not so young) and to open the field of possibilities to the challenges of tomorrow.
