At CREA 2027, we are offering two tracks for participants to choose from each morning.
~ Core Programs ~: run for three consecutive mornings, enabling participants to go deep into the subject matter and stay in the same group.
~ Immersions (NEW) ~: are 4-hour sessions that change daily, allowing participants to curate their own learning experience.
Participants need to pre-register to 1 core program or 3 immersions, one per day.

By 2030, nearly 40% of the skills we use at work are expected to change. AI and big data are accelerating, but so are the deeply human capabilities that machines cannot replace: creative thinking, curiosity, resilience, adaptability and leadership. The World Economic Forum makes one thing clear: the future will not belong only to those who master technology, but to those who can combine it with imagination, judgment and the ability to continuously learn.We know change is constant, so the real question is “how are you going to shape and test your future?”
This is where creativity becomes action. Applied creativity. This is a research-based field: the ability to move beyond having ideas and actually turn them into products, experiences, businesses and growth. While 81% of leaders say their organizations can generate creative ideas, only 16% say they very frequently turn those ideas into growth (Accenture, June 2026). In the age of Gen AI, ideas are becoming abundant. What is scarce and valuable is the human ability tochoose, connect, experiment, challenge and execute. So don’t wait for the future to arrive fully formed.
