In 2004 I met Edward De Bono as a primary school teacher and came into contact with his theory of the Six Thinking Hats. A new way of using the brain in education. I developed a method for primary school children teaching Dutch kids the thinking hats. The school became the first thinking school in the Netherlands in 2009. A few years later I started teaching at Koning Willem I College, teaching students between 16 and 22 years old the Six Thinking Hats and I also developed a special programme for them. From 2015 till now I have been training teachers and staff using the Six Thinking Hats and many other creative thinking theories, processes, tools and techniques like CPS,  Lego Serious Play, Growth Mindset,  4 Ps of Mel Rhodes, Lean and more.
